hey guys alarik has the date built into his hud, so when he's busy playing tribes and he needs to know the date, he has access to it right there at the bot left of the screen

i know a bunch of ppl say vsync smooths out their mouse movement and stuff, but personally i never noticed a difference with it on/off other than occasional tearing

and i think my vidcard is frying cause if i turn off vsync the fan goes crazy

do u have an lcd screen cuz i think it is hard 2 play an fps with vsync on and lcd screen cuz of the input delay

i m gay tho and u r asian

yes i have an LCD and no i don't notice any input delay

i get the concept of disabling vsync but i just could never feel the difference on my system

and without vsync, if i stop moving (or use a menu), framerates jump to the 300's and my vidcard fan goes nuts rendering 300 fps for no reason

and again, the tearing drove me a bit nutty

and i am black not asian
