[Bug] Corpses Continue to Wear Packs

This seems fairly obvious, but I searched and didn't find a report.

When you kill a player, the player's corpse/ragdoll continues to wear his/her pack, even though one has just been dropped for the killer to pick up.

I suppose this is more of a graphical inconsistency issue, .

Spotted that a thousand times and never occured to me to report it
