I have not benefited from food stamps or welfare, so yes that does piss me off more.
People who benefit from working for businesses and people who benefit from food stamps and welfare are very different people. Some of these people should be valued above the others.

It's only natural that bottom feeders live at the bottom of the planet.
Giving them an entire continent to transform into their Utopia is the right thing to do. I'd recommend colonization begin on the western side of the continent. With their collective effort, they can transform it into a thriving community based on natural resources. Plenty of mineral deposits (Ag- Silver, Au- Gold, Co- Cobalt, Cu- Copper, Cr- Chromium, Fe- Iron, Mb- Molybdenum, Mn- Manganese, Ni- Nickel, Pb- Lead, Ti- Titanium, U- Uranium, Zn- Zinc) there for them to make use of.
The winter time sees great winds (katabatics), perfect for power generation and plenty of ice for fresh, unpolluted water. The ocean(s) can provide for all of their other dietary needs until they build community domes to live and farm under. They can recycle personal waste to fertilize the soil under the domes. There shouldnt be anything that stops them if they put their collective minds to it.
It would be the envy of the world.

Bottom feeders is correct, looking to pilfer from those who work. They vote democrat no matter what, because they want free handouts. This would include the people in the pic, blacks, and union workers. That's why the election will be so close.
Yes, it would be nice to give these people places of their own. We've already done it here in the states for the blacks (Detroit, Chicago) and liberals (California, New York). These places I've just mentioned are broke, shit holes, people are fleeing to red states in droves. Why? There's nothing left to pilfer where they are. So we use the state and city names as a verb, to mean don't screw up my city. For example, "Don't Detroit Dallas." or "Don't California Texas."
The same can be said about ISIS, who are pilfering Christian settlements across Syria and northern Iraq. The problem here, is they pilfer and kill the Christians.
