There's a mention of AYB in Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge.
In Allied Mission Seven, Operation: Trick Or Treaty, you have two objectives:
1) Protect the Houses of Parliament from Yuri's forces until the world leaders can sign a treaty forming a mutual alliance against Yuri's forces.
and
2) Destroy Yuri's Psychic Dominator.
After fending off 15-25 minutes' worth of attacks on the Houses of Parliament by Yuri's forces, Lieutenant Eva warns you that Yuri has constructed a Psychic Dominator, and a countdown timer appears for the charging of the Dominator.
At 30 seconds to full charge (or thereabouts), Yuri says this:
"Why do you persist in your futile efforts to defeat me, General? Soon, my Psychic Dominator will be on-line, and then, all your bases will belong to me."
