[Mega] MAGA Super Trump Mega Thread

I heard the other day that the detention facilities only have FIFA 2015 so they have to play with outdated stats and rosters.
you may as well gas them in showers

it's just inhumane it's better to throw the kids into jail with their parents and/or criminal escort looking to sell them into prostitution

Cool. Then you should be against this policy, because imprisoning people costs far more than social services, which they're ineligible for anyway.

Like what's your logic here? You're not a fan of paying for EBT cards so you.. force them into 24/7 government custody with all the expenses that entails? Smart.

How's this then:

I don't want the extra unvetted people here...
regardless of cost benefit/drain.

I'm not open borders, I'm anti-child separation. Deport everyone who doesn't have a right to be here, go for it, but I don't know why you have to do kids harm while you're at it.

You do understand that the kids aren't actually being separated from their parents right?

I should say, not by ICE.

What's actually going on is these kids are being trafficked by coyotes in order to smuggle them across the border, sans their actual parents. Often these kids are coerced into claiming that these random coyotes that brought them across the border are their parents.

This is what the MSM doesn't like to talk about, because it takes the piss out of their bullshit narrative that Trump is "literally Hitler".

And the winner of the Academy Award for "Best Crocodile Tears" goes to...

See how this works? We show you pictures of children detained during the Obama era, locked up in what looks like dog kennels in a warehouse, but the Left likes Obama, so he gets a pass, let's just not report on that...

But look at all these stock photos we now have of children in awful conditions under Obama, shit bro, it's 2018, let's take those awful pictures, you know when we didn't actually give a shit, and project them on Trump.

The Left doesn't care about the kids, they don't care about the truth, they don't care about justice, they don't care about you, they don't care about black people, or hispanics, or gays, or bisexuals, or any of that shit.

They just want power, and that comes in the form of THEM deciding what YOU can do, or say, or think. And when they don't get their way they throw temper tantrums, because these people have the mentality of children wrapped up in the hollowed out husk of what should be an adult.

All of the parents arrive wearing a GPS monitoring device placed around their ankles as part of their release by ICE officials. Parents are also given papers instructing them to report to the nearest ICE office when they arrive at their final destination.

huh

I don't need to convince you, you're not a judge (obviously)

The people with law degrees know whats up, and that's enough

I'm just out here stating facts, your wrong opinions are irrelevant

facts are clear: they arent citizens, US Code was presented last time and you shut the fuck up and scurried away for a while

no lawyering needed :)

anyway, you go from ignoring the Constitution to supporting it in a span of a few posts, nice

Caveat: youre welcome to point out in the Constitution where it clearly states illegals have constitutional protections

Back to Trump for a moment (a very unpopular topic with his supporters, lol)

Since Cohen is going to be cooperating, Trump still being sued by 5 individuals and 3 states, and his "very successful visit" to the UK, followed by a triumphant summit in Helsinki (rofl), Irish political betting site Paddy Power has changed their odds.

Bookies jumped up the odds that 45 will find himself impeached while in office from 8/1 to 2/1. The odds that it will happen before the end of 2018 have also improved from 12/1 to 8/1.

Yes I know, you think the odds of him making and winning the 2020 election are 100%. I understand that, because the TW community is really good at science and math.

There are 2,551 children in US custody eligible to be reunited that have not been, according to a recent court filing.

Yes, the 2500 or so kids that were hidden from the government. That's what happens when people take it upon themselves to hide undocumented children.

The Constitution does distinguish in some respects between the rights of citizens and noncitizens: the right not to be discriminatorily denied the vote and the right to run for federal elective office are expressly restricted to citizens.

All other rights, however, are written without such a limitation. The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment due process and equal protection guarantees extend to all "persons." The rights attaching to criminal trials, including the right to a public trial, a trial by jury, the assistance of a lawyer, and the right to confront adverse witnesses, all apply to "the accused." And both the First Amendment's protections of political and religious freedoms and the Fourth Amendment's protection of privacy and liberty apply to "the people."

The fact that the Framers chose to limit to citizens only the rights to vote and to run for federal office is one indication that they did not intend other constitutional rights to be so limited.

Accordingly, the Supreme Court has squarely stated that neither the First Amendment nor the Fifth Amendment "acknowledges any distinction between citizens and resident aliens."

For more than a century, the Court has recognized that the Equal Protection Clause is "universal in [its] application, to all persons within the territorial jurisdiction, without regard to differences of ... nationality." The Court has repeatedly stated that "the Due Process Clause applies to all 'persons' within the United States, including aliens, whether their presence here is lawful, unlawful, temporary, or permanent."

When noncitizens, no matter what their status, are tried for crimes, they are entitled to all of the rights that attach to the criminal process, without any distinction based on their nationality.

There are strong normative reasons for the uniform extension of these fundamental rights. As James Madison himself argued, those subject to the obligations of our legal system ought to be entitled to its protections:

"t does not follow, because aliens are not parties to the Constitution, as citizens are parties to it, that whilst they actually conform to it, they have no right to its protection. Aliens are not more parties to the laws, than they are parties to the Constitution; yet it will not be disputed, that as they owe, on one hand, a temporary obedience, they are entitled, in return, to their protection and advantage."

Of course it's an unreliable figure, I was referring to you stating that they were all eligible when they all aren't, and that they haven't been reunited, which many have. It's possible you weren't aware of that fact, as it's fairly recent, but your statement is inaccurate nonetheless.
