Does anybody actually agree with this?

is belial seriously trying to argue that intent shouldn't matter outside of criminal cases
is cael seriously trying to argue that because something has the word 'Gay' in it, such as 'Support Gay Marriage', that if I, a private citizen is opposed to Gay Marriage, am forced to do something because it has the word, GAY in it, and that if I don't, I am discriminating against homosexuality?

Gay marriage is a legal position within the government. We have the right to be for it or against it. Being forced to write the words, "Support Gay Marriage" is no different than stating its illegal for us to cast a vote being against gay marriage. The government does not have the authority to FORCE us to write any words, anywhere.

I for one am against interracial marriage and find it appalling the government and society compels me to support it

hey if i wanna get shacked up with my dog its all well and good

but god forbid we actually tie the knot

it aint rite!!

I was baking a wedding cake, but when I was putting the names on, I noticed it said Nicole and Tyrone and I just don’t believe in interracial marriage so I stopped baking the cake, went out of my way to Harass and doxx these guys and now they’re suing me, wtf

I don’t wanna live in this country anymore

i think that intentions, generally, only affect the sentence, but not whether one is guilty or not

well yeah

that's what I was getting at earlier - the fine might well have been a minor amount if the bakers hadn't doxxed the gays in order to have them harassed...

judges exist to interpret and apply the law

intent is a factor when judges interpret and apply the law and make judgements

the intent and result in this case was a hate brigade of angry Christians harassing the gays, hence the large fine

sorry snowflakes you can't infringe on peoples rights just because it makes you feel yucky

it's not true that intent only affects the sentence; there's a reason why there's an exception for insanity in our laws. the combination of the mens rea and the actus reus is what constitutes a criminal act. intent is fundamental to the criminal code

you're right, fool is a p smart dude

guy is most patient and imo concentrated content poster on forum

every time i see someone go after him i can't help but think of this

good thing white people aren't people

that is why nobody cares now when they get killed by cops in fake swatting attempts, killed as they crawl on the floor in hotels like dogs, by illegals on SF piers, or anywhere else in this country their forefathers made the basis and entire legacy foundation for.

you ever notice that we fight this the hardest from people who can't say or accept that Donald Trump is President of the United States of America

perhaps we make them spell that out 10000000 times and then we will get back to their agenda discussion
