World server down?

Is the world the server down for anbody else? I (slowly) get to the character selection screen and when I enter the world I get a message that the world server is down.
 
Fucking bullshit they know they are going to get hammered...hey lets NOT be ready. Never played this type of game and looks like I might never...
 
A lot of MMO's have troubles during their first few days/weeks. I'm gonna be patient, sit back and let things go as they may (I have no control anyway).
