To our players,
Due to the hectic nature of everything that's been going on, I think this important fact gets in the fray.
Right now, Blizzard is doing everything we can to ensure the absolute best level of service we can provide to our customers.
We are tracking all server issues players are seeing and are working toward fixing them.
However, solutions take time to create, and though we want to make them happen immediately, that is not to be.
We want to work together with our players till everything is in working order, however, if we do not communicate enough information, it is because we are busy working toward identifying problems and providing solutions, not because we wish to keep our players in the dark.
Going forward, we will do our best to keep our playerbase up to date and we ask our players to work with us to get this resolved as effeciently as possible.
