wat is the cheapest and leanest most bioavaiable protein/meat one can eat?

no protein powders, i am talking whole foods

thx in advance

wouldnt it be like canned tuna or something? i dunno this is probably a better question for the fitness forum they are really into proteins.

it is not eggs

definitely canned tuna or huge bags of frozen chicken breast

A dozen eggs is about $1-$1.50 and contains 72 grams of protein with a BV of 100.

1/3 - 1/2 lb of chicken is about $1-$1.50 and contains 40-60 grams of protein with a BV of 77.

1 can of tuna is about $1-$1.50 and contains about 32 grams of protein with a BV of 79.

Either prices in your area are very different than mine, you are a retard, or both.

i dont eat much egg tbh

i like hard boiled egg tho i just never think 2 make them

i think i make some soon

how about egg whites in a carton i bet that is gg

I normally buy 18 packs of eggs for $1.70.

Eggs whites are fine but if you buy the stuff in the carton it will be significantly more expensive. Plus you'll never master the one handed egg crack.

Don't buy egg whites in the cartoon they are way overpriced. It's really easy to learn how to seperate them yourself.

I have a 5 egg white omlette most mornings now I have never felt better in my life.
