Only if they have a compendium of state training programs and exercises relating to the manufacturing and use of aimbots.

"I hold here in my hand a vial of aimbot that could or could not have been manufactured by the potential cheater in question."

It's more important to them to ban how you think vs. how you play.

Because again this was done through the hackers perspective yes, but it was done through fraps or something like that.
in order to record through fraps, the person more than likely has to record the demo first. fraps does on-the-fly recording to avi, that'd lag so bad with T:V runnin n fraps recording. i make vids for our clan using fraps, but i take segments from demos i've recorded...

There was no other way to record stuff in beta. I left gamecam running and played. It works, just gotta have a decent pc.

*sigh..

Fraps runs lag free for me, and it should for anyone with a decent system. All of the video's at www.tribes0.com were made with Fraps. Most with a Geforce 3 TI.

I think the biggest bottleneck is a slow hard drive. I've used it with a celeron 1800, and a Seagate Barracuda 120gig sata hd. I still have the same HD, but have upgraded to a p4 2.66 clocked up to 3.0 with a gig of fast ram.

If Fraps doesn't run smooth for you, try getting a legal copy, not a hacked version.

As for the rest...
