[Beating a dead horse] Why aren't we a corp yet?

I'm focusing almost entirely on mining currently, got a badger for hauling, a destroyer with 4x125 rails, 3xEP-S miners and working up to get an osprey.
 
I've got 19 charisma.

Apparently you need at least a BC in order to be the head of a corps. I can try to train that up quick, then work on corp skills.

That, of course, if someone isnt already.



I really want to make this happen, but we need some concrete answers from the older players.
