Since I didn't sleep last night it all counts as one day. Stamped out a runway in the snow, broke camp, got home, and napped.

Stoked as all hell to get back on my bike for the ride to work tomorrow.

if your tiredness doesn't go away in few days, I'd check the diet for micronutrients.

I take days off here and there, I think its just a down cycle for me.

I haven't been taking the supplement drinks and vitamins lately.. I might be a little short on protein, but for the most part I think I'm ok

Squat day yesterday:
rolled my back and legs on a medicine ball to stretch out
Squats: 45x5, 45x5, 45x5, 135x5, 185x5, 225x2, 250x5, 285x3, 315x7

Yesterday was an off, felt like ****, did a walk with the gf.

Feeling great today, back is better. Ordered a set of the bowflex selected 1090's so this might be my first workout with over 30lb dumbells in a loooong ****ing time.

Biked to work for the first time in a couple weeks (of course it was my first time going to work for a couple weeks).

deadlifts
20mins on exercise bike

3 more weeks of full body workouts then going to split routine

chest and tris today along with abs and cardio of course

lost like 3 pounds during the workout lol

started at 220 went to 217 at the end

felt pretty good today, not quite as strong as usual though, bench was alright


for my soupie-pooh
