he didn't pay up on a shit load of his bets

in fact, he mailed me a card that says "use your magical powers to turn this fake money into real money" or some queer shit

i did not receive one hundred dollars as per his thread, which stated that if he didn't make good (which has now been edited) he would accept a permaban

?????

As I've said before, I didn't agree to ban anyone in conjunction with that bet on that side. I explicitly told fraggle I wasn't getting involved when he asked.

oh okay so its no problem to ban someone for not providing pics when they say they will but you won't ban when someone doesn't make good on a bet
