Yeah it is true, feels like I have the worst drop luck.
I might be late or not on for this week either Terra. They are supposed to hook up my cable phone and set up 3 outlets today. These guys are slow as fuck and they have a 3 hour window...... Sucks for me
It has been pretty much that way for me. They got my TV and net hooked up 2 weeks ago, but then the installer tells me he was not booked to do outlet installs and that would have to come at a later date with a charge..... yeah right. Anyway the fact that we had to add the outlet installs pushed my phone install back another week to today. I am sure they will fuck something up this afternoon also and I will have a whole new set of rage for them.
Call support and ask for the manager if the problem persists. I ended up getting a month free and later another 2 months free due to a separate connectivity issues.
