It's supposed to be 1080p@60fps

The max bandwidth my program will allow is 3500. Going to try downscaling resolution 50% and see if that makes things more clear when moving around.
 
try plays.tv, its awesome. Does up to 1080p 60FPS 50mbs. Uses your GPU to do the encoding so there is very minimal performance impact. Has a hotkey system to mark highlights.

The actual files it saves to your hard drive are incredible quality, basically every frame is like a screenshot.
