taxes are god awful everywhere and on everything in cali
only thing that isn't the worst case list is property tax @ 1%
which they keep trying to circumvent
and housing is like 3x more than it should be (meaning you are really paying 3%)
last time i shopped in that state i bought some paint and lumber that both had their own new fees on them.....which they then applied a near 10% sales tax to
no wonder another 140k taxpayers dropped off the grid between july 2016 to new years
