not only did it backfire it is causing backdraft movie scenario

apparently encouraging record homeless people to go off into the public owned parks/forests.........away from the cities..........during winter where they will want to keep warm with campfires but are also massively mentally ill

isn't going to pan out so well in areas that are still suffering from a very dry summer and record drought.
