meh, i usually stick to the response: "you're (insert adjective/noun/preposition combo that the person just said to you)"
example....
attractive co-worker girl: "man, its really hot in here"
me: "you're really hot in here."
or
attractive co-worker girl: "this sandwich is delicious"
me: "you're delicious."
if you do that long enough, people get pretty annoyed; and depending on the context, it can get hilariously inappropriate.
at least thats how the game works here at my place of employment.
