How 2 swap Z and Y buttons

I have QWERTZ (not QWERTY) keyboard layout. Z and Y buttons are swapped on my keyboard. But when i play tribes my Y becomes Z and backwards. That doesn't bother me when I'm playing but it's annoying when i try to chat and always press wrong key. Is there any way to swap those 2 buttons so they would be placed like on my keyboard?

Wedge the keys off the keyboard and physically switch them.

I have european keyboard layout with QWERTZ buttons, so everytime i want to press team chat or Y i have to press my Z button. And that's very fustrating.
