Well you would though. All first world countries do that. Some countries do it legally with visas and employment controls and tedious details like that. Then there's the USA. Nice try juggle**** and only 100% wrong. Hi 5.

FREEEEEEDUUUUMB
I can’t really speak for other countries, but our country has a constitution that is supposed to protect ones rights to protect their property. It’s pretty scary that an unpeaceful protest that invaded private citizens properties would go free and the property owners who stood their ground end up in court.

That’s really bad politics at work.

And therein lies the problem. A set of rules from 250 years ago that have zero relevance now. What else operates like that in 2020? Your health care system maybe, not a lot else

That gun, Watkins said, had been rendered inoperable but a report obtained by News 4 from the St Louis Police Crime Lab showed that a prosecutor had instructed the examiners to re-assemble it correctly.

The McCloskeys were in court early Tuesday before the grand jury rendered their decision. Afterward, Mark McCloskey expressed frustration with the fact no protesters were charged in the incident.
So basically, they ****ed with the guns before turning them in to police, which is a felony. They could buy a house with what they're going to be paying lawyers to keep them out of prison. Best of luck, Q-tips.

They will be pardoned regardless of what happens. This is just political theater.

Reading comprehension chief, the DA instructed the Gun lab to render it a live firearm. That is tampering by the DA not the couple you ****tard.

Yeah they affect my life in literally zero ways. Not one. Whereas your outdated gun laws affect almost everyone in 'Murica, including the tens of thousands thousands that suddenly come over all dead.

You really are utterly incapable of connecting the dots in a conversation. Why is that? Are you just poorly educated or did the education system not have the right material to work with?

Vanster is ASSuming it was rendered inert by the couple after the incident and before it was taken into custody.

Quite possible he is right and quite possible he is wrong.

I will not assume either way.

Having said that I find it a political **** show to try and prosecute these two for protecting themselves and their property.

The Grand Jury indicted them for evidence tampering, a felony. The DA is doing the prosecuting, and name-calling will not change those facts.

As far as people saying they will be pardoned, this is a state prosecution, and Trump has no pardon authority. The executive branch can only pardon federal crimes. Dealing with Trump and Trumpsters is basically giving a lesson in how government works every single day.
