There is a hell of a lot more than 6 miles but yeah, all it takes is connecting the dots.

Slow and sure wins the race, he has 8 yrs to go and then afterwards he can be freed up to devote his resources to it full time.

I do them slow in my smoker. Layer marinated pork shoulder with pineapple on shish kabob skewers and hook up a slow go at like 225.

Can get a similar result in the oven. They'll never be as good as of the street, but fuck are they good.

Garnish with raw white onion, cilantro and pineapple and it's a substitute for jesus.
