WTF... my account was safe FOREVEr and suddenly I don't play for a month or two and i get back on AND BANT?!?!

Someone probably got your account info and did illegal shit on it. Happened with me and Rift and I lost my C.E. account because I didn't play for a couple months, someone got it and sold gold and I was past the response email and they banned it.

Not sure what procedures Blizz does though, but if you stopped playing for an extended period and come back to a ban that's probably a likely explanation.
 
man so effed up huh... i guess i need to put up 6.00 or w/e for an authenticator as i don't haver a smartphone

i called blizz customer service and they said it was used for spamming :rofl: no items or gold was taken PHEW i'm so happy the customer service dude was fucking awesome too...

i put so many hours into that shit
