the key word was RUN

running is different than jogging or hiking

I shouldn't have to tell you that

but then again I also don't spend multiple days in the hospital after every physical event

I also don't exert my body so far beyond my capacity that i nearly die and likely will die soon because of it (because I don't know my limitations)

so joke really is on me i suppose
