You change outfits on your crew loadout screen (the screen where you choose who accompanies you on your current mission)

I want to know which idiot decided it was a good idea to put all your abilities on cooldown when you use one of them. Trying to play through the game again as an adapt on insane is making me want to cut myself.

are there any trainers out there that work? I want to play through again but don't want to deal with resources/credits and a few other things this time.

As far as the whole end game thing.
One of the main pet peeves I have with the game (same was true for ME1) is the paragon/renegade conversational "i win" option. For me it takes out most of the decision making. A perfect example would be...
I do enjoy the paragon/renegade actions though.

Scanning kinda ruins the replay value of this game. So many better ways the could have implemented this without making it a snoozefest.
Story line is great though. Graphics are pretty damn good. But for as many improvements they made, they messed up on so many small things.

Ok. I'm getting ready to play mass effect 2:
in my mass effect 1 final playthrough I messed up. The council died but it's not all human. Should I playthrough again to get an all human council before I play mass effect 2?
Spoilers welcome

Council definitely doesn't matter very much, I wouldn't worry about it.

is it more badass to have an all human council?

Not really, everyone just blames humans for everything. Like the U.S and the UN.

Haven't had much time to play after picking it up late Monday, just finished Omega station. So far really enjoying it. Like that it tries to immerse you into the importance of your role and the environment without going into an overt 'You are the Chosen One' type over the top story.
Only complaints so far:
- Some of the fights go too long without a pause that allows a save. Annoying when fight through 3 or 4 phases of a room battle, die, have to redo the whole thing.
- Only real glitch I've spotted so far is I haven't been able to get the Terminus Grav Gun heavy weapon thing to fire - I don't want to risk wasting ammo for it but of the 3 times I've tried to pull the trigger on it 2x nothing happened and the third time not only didn't the gun didn't fire but I somehow got another round of ammo for it... (handy if I could then actually get it to fire)
