Edit: And Geckos right. I grew up in a place where summer is 3 months of straight 30-40 celcius whether, and winter was -10 to -20, where I live now your summer is mid to high 20s, and your winters can hit close to -60 with the wind. Its easier to work in the cold to about -30ish, after that it equals out and becomes pretty shitty either way.
