Black Lives Matter

TIL that if you think products being marked as black owned or hispanic owned in stores is ridiculous, you are probably an active member of the KKK.

Its funny that a couple years ago we passed a law that food is not to have country of origin on the labeling...but race of ownership is apparently ok

I think it's perfect.

I already look for the little Jew label, so I know to avoid those products but if they start plastering it with big racial labels, I won't have to bring in my reading glasses and the other races will not get my money.

Win-win if you ask me.

I personally think that it is a form of discrimination. I thought discrimination was frowned upon in this country per the Constitution. Silly me, that's only if it's not against whites.

the fuck is this nonsense?

all the rice should have chink owned on it anyway or it's just appropriation

you stealing my bobo tea, that's my kulture, we wuz kangs

I go to a smaller run down gym in town that's mostly filled with illegal Mexicans. There is a nicer clean gym in town with a much more white clientele.

Why do I go to a gym where I'm often the only white there? It's a white owned business.

I suspect this is sarcasm; I'm learning to identify it, but still not good.

Consider my neighbor, that propounds clean Wyoming living, old-fashioned values, and the cowboy way, red meat, et cetera.

My guess is you already like them, and their approach.

These guys are the latest running shoe startup--

Behind the Shoe: Kenya PodiumRunner

They are propounding the idea that it is the first shoe made in Kenya (running is a big deal in East Africa), and that's one of their selling points.

Does their approach offend you?

Not asking for a friend, I'm asking for me.

these are great facts and all, but have NOTHING to do with a grocery store outright labelling the race of the person that owns the product/company hoping that it will sway you to buy it over other races.

I'm on the spectrum and have embraced that. For me to understand you, you're going to have to explain exactly what is offending you.

So company A sells a product and on it, they say, "Guatemalan owned." That bugs you?
