was neat to see it work but it won't perform. won't scale up. need l-spiro's litestar. given the way hirez is acting about things i doubt we'll get tribes GPL'ed (which is the true solution here).

The engine Dynamix created for Starsiege, Tribes, and Tribes 2 is what evolved into the Torque Engine.
The engine file structure and scripts are literally the same.
Some people more or less did. But, as with all the projects that tried to bring back tribes, nobody here liked it.
