wtf is going on????

I fried my comp not to long ago. etc etc... Got it back up, installed TV, got the patch. Went to options to change up my video settings, audio settings, controller and network settings. Left the game, came back, and all my settings were reset again.... Why? Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times already and it keeps doin the same thing...Any ideas?
 
Check your playerprofile and User.ini. If they aren't read-only then change the settings in game then quit imediately and set the user.ini to read-only. This is a bug that held over since beta, and this is the only fix that I know of.
 
It did that to me when i installed the beta or the demo. I had to set the controls everytime i played. After a couple times I just uninstalled.
