Buy vanishing powder at the inscription vendors too, in case you want to change glyphs. Could find a scribe willing to make the stuff too but there doesn't seem too much point in that.
Post-80, it requires a different kind of dust, which you can buy from a vendor for 10g each, or Scribes can craft for (presumably) cheaper

Yeah I read that, inevitably the pigment from 80 - 85 herbs. I doubt it'll be much more than simply a way to save a bit of coin if you already have a scribe.
