I usually never touch BM, but I play on a PvP server. I mark enough to get Scatter and Aimed, then I put the rest in surv. Improved Wing Clip, Traps, Surefooted and of course Lightining Reflexes are worth it when you have to fight off other players.
But if you are Normal/RP I can see BM being a dominate force for purposes of questing/leveling/grinding.
