Race play type...?

Most of you mapper folks will have noticed by now that "race" is listed in the level info as being a play type that's supportable.

I'm wondering if anyone has done any indepth snooping on how to get it to go and/or what's needed to get a race map up and running...

RaceMod would be great with the buggies

It would be better with the skiing.

ITS AN ALL OUT ROVER WAR WHERE THE PILOT DRIVES AND THE GUNNER TAKES OUT THE COMPETITION TO WIN THE RACE!

This gametype would be so awsome.

Well, I've already got a map in the works that is set up to support racing. It's gonna work for CTF, fuel and Territories too, but as a race map it's just gonna be hella fun.

Already is fun to just go bombing around on it.

There was that ski practice thing in the very beginning of the SP. You should check that out.
