community disclaimer on rtcll cheating 2018

yeah hes been playing with iffs confirmedfor along time... when he started streaming that is when he started using obs. ive got all the server logs if you want them.

it was tough being undercover for 20 years and green had to do some things he isn't proud of, alienate himself from any entire community of gamers, but it was worth it to crack the, "rtcll cheats by using an invisible observer to tell him where the players are" case.

Dude. Rtcll has been playing this game a damn long time, all the good players have. It isnt rocket science playing D and figuring out when and where cappers are coming from. It is basic math. 3 offense. If you kill 2, there is 1 left - he isnt coming right.. so must be coming left.
