Miners to get new capital ship

i'm guessing because they won't have too much else to do when in "seige"

they need to change the skin color, it just looks like a minmatar rohk

Because the Rorqual has a siege mode from the beginning, they're giving it a transformation mode like the Dreadnoughts all get. The only reason the carriers don't have one is that their siege module came well after the ships were released.

This transformation actually makes me very happy (in the pants), it's a lot more dramatic than any of the Dreads.
