 Beat you to it.

the pens better not go after bertuzzi...i hate that fuckin guy. i think he would be a decent player along side sid or geno....but he is a d-bag

Tucker would be better than Bertuzzi but expect Tucker to demand around the same thing he was making in Toronto even after getting bought out.

He was anything but a d-bag in Anaheim. He got along with all his teammates. He was a great guy to the fans. Sure, he still took the occasional bad penalty, but there was nothing wrong with the guy. He just wasn't worth $4 million last season with the early concussion and early struggles to produce.

well, hes getting 1 mil/yr from toronto because he was bought out, so gotta take that into account, he will be getting an additional 1 mil ontop of what the avs are paying him

Tucker still gets like a million or so from Toronto still, right? I think they still have to pay him some on top of that IIRC

edit: yeah thx android

I know that but I still expected him to act like Yashin and demand what he was making before ontop of what he'll be getting after being bought out.

yah but sundin would only play for 2 years....10 mil is rediculous

I think 2 years of Sundin at 10 million a year is better than 2 years of Briere at 10 million. I would take Sundin simply because of his leadership role. I know Briere also has it but I think Sundin would be better.

Edit: But he's certainly no Vanek
