rack pull is for ****ing tards. I look at people doing rack pulls almost the same as i see people doing squat rack curls.

except rack pulls is a very effective exercise to improve a specific weakness in the deadlift

opsayo rack pull are partial pull from below or above knee to top of lift. i do it on second back day / week because i dont want to do full deads 2x/wk anymore

rayn try below knee and vertical shin and just push ur ass into the bar

k tomorow i do some squats then i do some leg press, then i move onto my shoulders doing military press, and dumbell shoulder press finally i do shrugs.


Squat : 180 kg work sets for 8 reps 4-5 sets
Leg Press : 450 kg 8-12 reps 4-5 sets
Military Press : 120kg 6-8 reps 3 sets
Dumbell shoulder press : 50 kg (each arm) 8-12 reps 3 sets
Dumbell shrugs : 60 kg 15-20 reps 5 sets
