On the contrary, you could be charged with criminal threat. The reason why it's unlikely you would be convicted is the context in which the threat took place. It's obvious you do not constitute a true threat, and that there was no maliciousness.

there needs to be a popular net judge, an on-line one that looks over cases like this in a chat room (court room style rules) and declares who wins or not, no fees, no penalties, just an on-line judgment against them and then it goes on record.

Judge Putrid...could start a new social trend
 
naw it would have to be someone with a real law degree and didn't belong to any board/forum whatever so that they could be impartial.

if I had monies to burn I would set up a web site for it and get some 'professionals' to be judges,,, like law students or something.
