Call comcast, ask them if that modem will work. I'm sure it will, but double check. I've got both of these (well, I've got the 6120 modem, specs say this one is cheaper and slightly faster).
Thats my router, they have slightly more feature rich versions available for twenty bucks more if you want to use it as a print server or do highband N at 450mbps.
