the pelicans suffer from bouts of a stupidity/incomplete understanding that the bucks continually suffer from and which the warriors have mastered
the pelicans have a wealth of individual talent & specialists that are, at times, unable to combine and work together as a team in a way that elevates them beyond their individual greatness
the bucks, the anti-hero of teamwork, are completely unable at any point of a game to work together offensively* and combine their talents into something greater. i will concede that on defense their freakish athleticism can make it hard to physically move the ball and run an offense
when playing well, the warriors are always combining their differentiated individual skills into something(teamwork) which elevates their greatness to a significantly higher level. It's one of the best examples of teamwork in history and they have the stats and achievements to show for it. significantly, however, without curry as the focal point their offense regresses into a durant-dominant hero ball-esque type of offense which is more individual focused. This ends up with them relying more on the talent of the individual then the work of the group as a whole
the 76ers are still new enough as a group, with enough raw talent, that this essence of teamwork which results in a sum greater than the individuals would otherwise escape them if not for the prodigious playmaking of ben simmons. even when his 76er teamates are not working cohesively as a whole, he is individually capable of weaving them together with his court vision and passing that offensively their teamplay's end result more closely resembles the warriors than it does the bucks
