i believe the government could have prevented 9/11.

Governments are so incompetent (especially ours) that they allowed hijackers with boxcutters to outsmart,. not once, but 4 times in one day a multi-trillion dollar aerodefense system and the most well protected and surveyed place in the history of the world.

Governments are so competent that they could get thousands of americans to cause harm to their own nation for no apparent gain, without a single person coming forward and confessing their role in it.

i never said false-flag terrorism didn't exist. i said this was not an act of false-flag terrorism.

The 9/11 commission reported on the build-up to and the response to the attacks of 9/11.
WTC7 was not attacked; its destruction was incidental.
People like to claim that WTC 7 is somehow evidence that the whole thing was planned.
What did anyone have to gain from blowing up a building with no one inside, hours after planes had collapsed the two towers?

If they named someone specific (an engineer? a soldier?) doing something specific (setting off charges? coordinating...something?), and then backed it up with evidence, then there would be something to believe, and then I could choose whether I believe it or not. But this is just bullshit, is the problem.

I don't believe it is a false-flag operation because of the unrealistic amount of planning and conspiracy it would take, not only at the highest levels of the government, but by individuals in lower levels as well.
Not to mention that I don't see what the government's gained from 9/11.

Add that to the eyewitness accounts of a locomotive-like commotion ("It was just like a freight train rolling through!"), and really the question becomes, why DON'T you believe a train hit the Two Towers?

it has certainly lost the trust of its citizens
our military is stretched thin and ineffective
oil has skyrocketed
the economy is crumbling
we did unite to destroy our liberties for about 2 months there but the laws are only getting more unpopular
