Trappey's is really good. It has a similar taste as Tabasco, but with a bit more flavor imo. Solid on almost anything.

Adding these to my list for my next pickup. Forgot them last time.

If you like the combination of sweet and spicy, it's a definite must have imo. I've been running through bottles of the stuff and everyone I've had try it, has loved it as well. If you pick it up on heatonist's website, try the Foodie Sauce 313 too. One of the better tasting sauces which isn't overkill that I've tried so far.

Just placed an order for: Blair's Q Heat Exotic Hot Sauce Gourmet Sampler
Blair's Q-Heat Gift Set Includes:
1 Q-Heat Jalapeno Tequilla
1 Q-Heat Wasabi Green Tea
1 Q-Heat Habanero Mango
1 Q-Heat Chipotle Slam
Not sure how I feel about Wasabi Green Tea, but I'll give it a shot because the jalapeno tequila was recommended here and I want to try the others from them.
Also: Dave's Gourmet Mini's 4 Pack
Dave's Gourmet Hurtin' Jalapeno
Dave's Gourmet Roasted Garlic Hot Sauce
Dave's Gourmet Temporary Insanity Hot Sauce
Dave's Gourmet Cool Cayenne Pepper Sauce
Just a small sampler pack to see if anything sticks out. Will be the first "insantiy" type sauce I've tried, so we'll see how that goes.
Also: Cholula Chili Lime Hot Sauce since I believe Goshin recommended it a few times.
Excited to check the all out

Taste test results for the new batch.
Dave's:
Hurtin Jalapeno: B-
Cool Cayenne Pepper: C+
Insanity: F
Roasted Garlic (not pictured because it's in the trash): F--
Blair's:
Habanero Mango: B+
Chipotle Slam: B-
Wasabi Green Tea: F (close to being trashed with Dave's roasted garlic)
Jalapeno Tequila: C
Random:
Cholula Chili Lime: A
Dawson's Original Hot: A-
Trappey's Bull: B+
Sriracha: C
Frank's Original: B+
Hot Ones: A+
After taste testing all of these across multiple foods, these are the rankings I have personally made. They are judged based off taste, not hotness. Dave's Insanity sauce is good if you're in a dick measuring contest. The rest of these sauces are good for everyday use.
Hot Ones, no they're not paying me, is still the absolute best tasting hot sauce I've had across all of my tests. I may be slightly biased towards citrus hot sauces now that I look at my rankings. To each their own however.
That is all.

I had a bunch of hot sauces taking up space in my fridge so I mixed them all together and I guess it turned out OK
I'd recommend it to anyone who is tired of random sauces that they don't particularly use

So - I'll plug a sauce. Not just because I am familiar with it but because it's really good. When I came to Portland around 1999 - I used to hang out with a guy named Scott Moritz and his girlfriend. He started a restaurant called Salvador Molly's. He was an awesome chef and talented guy. He was known in Portland as Scotland Barr and his band Scotland Barr and the Slow Drags was fun to watch.
Here is one of his songs gathering dust on youtube
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9uNFHwiITg4
Unfortunately - and far too early he passed away from pancreatic cancer in 2009 - no - not from the hot sauce.
His hot sauce still exists and is common in Portland. It's awesome. Secret Aardvark. His wife Stacy still owns the company.
RIP buddy - thanks for the lols.

That's kinda what I do, except I mix ranch salad dressing with green salsa, then add hot sauce at the table.
+ half the jar of ranch dressing
+ green or red salsa to fill the rest of the jar up,
+ hot sauce at the table.

Tried the Secret Aardvark sauce per Brasstax recommendation along with Pain 100% which was a gift from my buddy.
Secret Aardvark: B+
Taste is good, spice is there, just a bit too "habanero-ey" tasting for me to put it on some meals I found. Used half the bottle in a week though, so it's definitely worth a purchase.
Pain 100%: A-
Not as hot as I thought it would be. Has a very similar taste to Frank's Red Hot with a lot more kick which is something I've wanted for a long time. If you're familiar with Domino's Kicker Hot Sauce or Frank's and want some more spice in your life, this is the one I'd recommend.
Anyone else got some recommendations? I'm a ****ing addict at this point gg

Chetty's makes a great Carolina Reaper sauce which tastes great though you will need some milk to go with it and unless you are used to the stuff expect to crap acid the next day.
A nice milder sauce is FIRST LOVE PEPPER SAUCE which is a homemade one shipped to West Indian stores in the Toronto area. A bit hotter than Grace's Scotch Bonnet sauce but without question a ton of flavour (could not find a pic online and cell is dead at the moment so no pics of label sorry)

Great bump. Recommendations would be to visit Dollywood in Pigeon Forge TN and go to Pepper Palace. They have locations all over the country, check the web site. You can visit the store and they have chips and the sauces out to try. For the really hot stuff you have to sign a waiver, and they have milk for sale at $3 a small bottle.
The Death By Salsa I mentioned a couple pages back will kick your butt.
Pepper Palace -The Planet's Number One Hot Shop
If you don't have a location near by, then order a bottle online.
Pepper Palace Death By Salsa
You can mix a couple teaspoons of that in a whole jar of ranch dressing and you're good. The entire jar lasts a whole month. It's a sadistic pain.
