I read somewhere it was SA too. Just noticed that she had a driver. Living in SA it makes sense they would have such a heightened awareness to threats.
 
I'm just impressed by the reaction time. But I guess if you're used to being robbed daily it becomes second nature.

Don't think I've ever seen a Mercedes driving carjacker. I suppose they probably jacked that too.
