they had an lt mod built in when opsayo played it hes also on that suggestion team of 16-20 ppl now too i think

gotta say tho even if they do release it with the lt they had at pax that doesnt mean it will be good lt

case point is how t2classic lt never took off cuz that game is shit and tribes ascend also ended up with an lt mod that is down syndrome shit

:lol: here comes an essay from dare about how they are all terribles tribers from the terrible versions of tribes(anything not LT) who want to make an awful game nothing like the original tribes. When in reality i know at least 3 of the DEVs played t1 back in the early 2000s. So while Dare will try to convince you they are the devil much like Bobby Bouchers' mom, one would assume they are simply trying to make a tribes like game.

some of them played t1 but they aren't t1 vets the way i would say they are

most of them aren't even t2 vets really aside from game design opinion people like darkstrand

these are just people trying to break into game design as a career

which is all the more reason why their game should be ruined and they should be sued
 
How do u have a playable game for this long without releasing at least SOME game footage? I get that you want to make it the best possible product to show off the physics of it and what not, but this is a little ridiculous. I guess they just don't want feedback or to get slandered too much if it doesn't meet expectations. Still they could glean some good insight from the community.

you wouldnt consider me a t1 or t2 vet either. but i have played tribes since demo. Including playing a shit ton of Starsiege as well. So i dont think anyone gives 2 shits whether you think they are 'vets' or not.

and i appreciate you helping me kill time while im on the clock. your online personality is as :lol: as anything ive seen on tw since kurayami

hirez bart played t1 too and when he got pressed about what it was he was playing it came out it was some sniper mod that no one knew of

id honestly rather have competitive knowledgeable players making a game than some random pub people and i dont see how this is a bad thing at all

case in point project aspergers has a team of t2 competitive spergs giving ideas and only 1 or 2 competitive t1 ppl
 
well obviously it should be your mission in life that no tribeslike game should be made unless it is strictly by those you deem worthy.
