So I'm going on a 4-day/3-night hut trip next month. Assuming we get more snow it'll be 4 hard days of backcountry skiing, so lots of calories needed. The approach is 7 miles on foot so weight is an issue, but quality is important (under absolutely no circumstances will we stoop to crap like Mountain House dehydrated meals in a bag). Four people.

Breakfast is typical breakfast-food (bacon, eggs, rehydrated hash browns, etc.) and lunch is going to be a mix of trail mix and easy stuff like quesadillas. Multiple gas stoves, pots, water, etc. will be available. What I'm hoping for is some almost-gourmet type stuff that doesn't take too much prep time at the hut (or can be pre-prepared and finished there). One night the place is going to be a packed junkshow so thinking something like a lasagna we can make, freeze in freezer bags, and boil to easily reheat. Can anyone suggest a good recipe for that?

Dinner suggestions for the other two nights?

Suggestions on desserts and quality dehydrated soup mixes?
