I think they got the results they published, but that doesn't mean I can't question their methodology that proved to be inaccurate during the election. People don't like admitting that they like or support Trump. Maybe because people keep calling them Nazis, I'm not sure.

I've never been called by a pollster. But that's literally the explanation given by the main pollsters, that phone interviews resulted in much lower numbers than anonymous collection methods. People lied or were evasive about supporting him, and that was attributed to not wanting to deal with outright hostility from people who did not share those views.
