excluding the rifle at the top all of the rifles pictured are "assault weapons".... okay Bernie we wont sell the bottom two and the top one is perfectly legal

Springfield 1861 Civil War musket (a military rifle legally able to be owned by civilians used during the Civil War, it can be ordered online and delivered straight to your door step without a background check)
Kentucky rifle (a military rifle used in the American Revolution able to be owned by civilians, it can be ordered online and delivered straight to your door step and without a background check)

If this is the kind of gun they are concerned about, I can assure you that any gun designed to fire the shell casing still attached to the projectile is not a gun you have to worry about.
