I don't think cards against humanity realizes how eminent domain works. Tons of home owners have tried the same thing across the country whenever a freeway is extended through their neighborhoods. The freeways always get built.

Then again, you ceded the Wind River Indian Reservation to us in 1868, free and clear you said. Then in 1993 you learned there were mineral and natural gas reserves and without even asking to renegotiate, you just waded back on and started taking them, leaving us no choice except to sue. (btw, the suit is done, the usa has admitted wrong, they are now just trying to negotiate a settlement for the ongoing rape)
Wyoming wasn't even a state until 1890. Even as late as when Tribes was new, I had to help fight to get gaming legalized, and deem the reservation sovereign--I'm sure you all know this, because you know everything, but the USA argued that the WRIR should not be sovereign because it contains 2 Tribes. The US decided in 1868 that in the interest of being copacetic that it would place 2 tribes on the same reservation. They had no idea that both tribes were warring over hunting, what with the European expansion pushing the Arapaho West, and the Eastern Shoshone wanting to stay in Wyoming.
TW might have been the government then with their "they're all Indians, give them that much, they'll sort it out" attitude. The fights between the 2 tribes have gone on to this day, the latest being the N. Arapaho tribe( my tribe) unilaterally voting to dissolve the business council (because the E. Shoshone did not have the votes) and there isn't anything they could do because my tribe has bullied the shit out of them. We own the Riverton casino at 120 beds or whatever. .well it used to be the 2 tribes, now it's just us. I'm a Northern Arapaho and I'm a SJW for the Eastern Shoshone now. I lost another cousin to suicide last night, and I blame no one but her. From the best the coroner can confer, Kerri hung herself.
