I used to like doing half an hour on the treadmill before and after working out. Trying to shed lots of pounds. I know it isn't the correct way to do things, but I did drop a metric fucking ton of weight, most of it muscle I'd imagine. I'll take your advice and put together, or steal, a better work out.
I don't watch much tv, most of it is shit. Not enough to get me through a long cardio session. I might try the treadmill coupled with an hour or two of gay porn though. It can't hurt.
Not according to the doctor. They were at a loss to tell me exactly what happened, except that it might be a result of high blood pressure (I stopped taking my meds for damn near eight months) coupled with a massive panic attack. All of the blood work came back negative for a heart attack, and the heart catheter showed no signs of blockage or trauma to my heart. It seems to be a healthy functioning heart. Probably in better shape that I deserve, considering the abuse I've heaped on it over the years.
