not sure if youre serious or not, but a script is a user made file thats executed in the game performing some task.
in this case it was dropping all player held items. if you aimed straight up, they appeared in real-time and it appeared the player was "juggling" if they did this repeatedly. the items would bounce in the air and reappear as often as you received them/threw them again.
if you're not serious then its a joke about my pharmaceutical notoriety in days past.
