this is not gonna end well. should be public admin basic just to test it.

give sad to useful nonraging idiots who actually move pu forward
 
we did this style for a year on a server in 2007

it worked very well seeing as only 2 ppl could ban and kick snow or chump and they rarely did cept when server nuking was needed by chump etc
 
the public admin has no kick mute or ban ability (or shouldnt)

and if it does it takes 5 seconds to change

only thing that is risky is if losers login mid pu and tc ppl

but then they get banned so heres hoping common sense wins out

most likely not

i can probably take away team change ability too and only leave it tourney/ffa

but then again that can be abused too

so i am just gonna try to trust with faith and jesus that ppl dont fuck this up
 
ok i will report my findings based off who is scum and who is trustworthy person to trust
