Here is my training plan, I follow dis for a month now:

Day 1:
Front squat, work up to 5 rep working weight
Machine row, 5 by 5
Reverse fly machine 5 by 5
Sprint stairs 3 sets

Day 2:
Bench, work up to 5 rep working weight
Chins, work up to 5 rep working weight
Pullups, 5 sets, max reps
Ab machine

Day 3:
Deadlift, work up to working weight 5 reps, 2 sets
Highpull, 5 sets of 3
Farmer's walk, 5 reps, max distance
Sprint

Day 4:
OHP, work up to working weight of 5 reps
Dips, work up to working weight of 5 reps
Strict Curl, 5 reps of 3 sets
Front Lever

At least one day break in between every training day, no set days like day 1 has to be monday, etc. Add 5 lbs for major lifts, 2.5 lbs for small lifts.

Is dis not gud plan???

squats, pendlay rows, bench and dips today

I didn't increase my squat weight since my knees were caving in last workout, focused mostly on form today. seems like I got one foot that likes to go outward too much, will have to be careful about that so I don't develop a bad habit

about the pendlay row, it's okay if my knees are bent right? it's the only way I can get my back parallel to the ground, otherwise my ass is too high. watched a couple videos and the guys don't seem to bend their knees all that much, but they have short legs

swapping out front squat for back squat is not 531

doing sets across of deadlift (2 sets of 5 of same weight) is not 531

You're really gonna give me grief cause I want to do front squats instead of back squats? You honestly think the fact that the bar is on my clavicle instead of my upper traps means that the whole methodology and effectiveness of 531 is suddenly gonna be negated?



In any case I haven't been doing 531 in a while. When I stall this program, I'll start 531.

Hob, you dumb.

Deadlift day, hanging leg raises, lat pulls, bent over rows, back raises. Did hanging leg raises as first accessory instead of last, always surprised by how much more effective and rewarding something is when I'm not dragging after a full workout.
